Performance Fitness is dedicated to providing the best personal training and strength and conditioning services in the area by incorporating one-on-one training, semi-private training, and small group training. Along with a highly qualified staff, a clean, friendly, and safe environment is a must for our members. Our facility is 5400 square feet of open space and state of the art equipment. We are equipped to handle all populations and ages in our facility. We can help you reach your goals in multiple areas including weight loss, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility through multiple modalities of training including personal training and classes like yoga and HITT Training. Within Performance Fitness we have a Youth only program in the evenings (Youth Performance). So if your child needs help with fitness or sports performance we can help them get bigger, faster, and stronger through our training model by utilizing strength training and motor skill development.

All of our trainers hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in exercise science or health promotion. We are all certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (www.nsca.com), which is the gold standard in our profession. Combined, all of the trainers have over 100 years of experience working with individuals to reach their fitness goals.
